An intimate experience co-facilitated with my teacher and mentor Eleanor Mann, gifting you delicious tea and artisanal, handcrafted gourmet snacks on arrival, a deep dive into Breathwork Mastery including intention setting, a 90 minute breathwork session, and debrief. Followed by a sensory culinary experience lunch, alongside the discussion/exploration of the common themes that arise in the sessions daily.
